Booking Terms and Conditions

When staying with us, guests are required to complete a registration form and agree to our terms and conditions.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following house rules:

• We offer accommodation for a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights, depending on the season.
• Our prices include 6.92% tourist tax and 21% VAT. Breakfast is not included.
• Quiet hours apply between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please keep television volume and conversations to a minimum and respect our neighbours.
• Check-in is available from 2:00 pm onwards. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, as we are not always on site.
• Check-out is until 11:00 am. Exceptions may be possible upon prior agreement.
• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking and the use of candles indoors are not permitted. If smoking occurs inside the property, additional cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
• Smoking is permitted outside the room.
• Apart from a microwave, there are no cooking facilities available in the room. Cooking with self-brought appliances is therefore not allowed. If cooking takes place in the room, additional cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
• Our rooms are not suitable for small children. The minimum age is 6 years old. We do not provide cots or special child rates. Children are counted as one person.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
